1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our websites by consumers worldwide. The store is operated by a registered business in Poland and complies with EU and GDPR regulations. The agreement is concluded between you (the customer) and Żaneta Prządak – BALI BALI.

2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

All products offered are handmade and may vary slightly from photos. Prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order constitutes a legally binding offer to purchase.

Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards are valid for a limited time only and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. All promotional offers are non-transferable.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

All transactions are encrypted via SSL protocol.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Any customs duties, VAT or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • USA / Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Gift cards and downloadable digital content are delivered electronically via email.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balibalishop.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via the same payment method used.

6. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Customers may create an account to manage orders and track shipments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of abuse or fraudulent behavior.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, indirect or consequential damages, or third-party service failures (e.g., courier services).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. In case of disputes, customers may submit a complaint via the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Alternatively, any legal disputes may be brought before the competent court in Poland.
