All our products are handmade in Bali by local artisans. Every purchase supports authentic Balinese art and culture.

Although our products are originally made in Bali, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland, ensuring faster delivery and an easy returns process.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to keep track of the status of your shipment.

5. What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Returns are made to the warehouse in Poland. We offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products within 30 days of receiving the shipment, without giving a reason. However, if you have exceeded this deadline, please contact us and we will surely find a solution.
