RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from BALI BALI. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact us at info@balibalishop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
